2. When we receive your registration form, we will go through our database and try to find appropriate matches. We will do this on an ongoing basis. You may also view our database.
3. If we find an appropriate match, we will send each of you the other's details, with the contact information stripped. This allows each of you to assess each other anonymously.
4. Alternatively, if you find an appropriate match, then please let us know. We will then send the other party your details.
5. If BOTH parties are interested, we will exchange contact details, after which you can contact each other directly to progress matters. Please bare in mind the "Advice on direct contact" section below.

• When you provide the contact name and number on the registration form please ensure that you are happy for the details to be seen by interested parties. It may be better to provide your mobile number rather than your home number.
• If you are a female, we request you provide the name of a relative who can initially liaise on your behalf so that you are not thrown in at the deep end with a total stranger.
• If you are not happy about providing a phone number you may prefer to provide just an email address, but bear in mind that this may decrease the chance of you being contacted.
• Interested parties are advised to do their own research with regards to obtaining references etc.
• Appropriate etiquettes must be exercised whilst contacting interested parties. When you make your initial call please be polite, courteous, to the point, honest and open.
• If you encounter any inappropiate behaviour then please tell us immediately. We will deal with such matters seriously, and reserve the right to remove people from our database.
• If the person you contact does not show further interest, don't be offended, just move on - we should never forget that whatever Allah Wills happens and if it does not work out for you with someone you were interested in then there must be good in it for you.
